Gabey, our paths crossed so many times, happily for me. Socials with Jo, Martine and Melissa; laughing hard...er...I mean working hard for Jane O at the Brock and Bruin; building Duplo at Busy Badgers. (It wasn’t fair having a grandma on the preschool circuit who outshone the mummies.) But my fondest memory of you is as a teenager, dashing into Purkess’s, sometimes with Armyne (in pristine white tennis dress), sometimes alone. Always sunny, always bubbly and always impossibly beautiful. I guess I was about nine or ten, and I was in total awe of you, Gabey. I still am. Sandra XXX
